1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website vasilaagencies.com operated by Vasila Agencies ("we", "our", "us"), an authorized Exide and Dynex battery dealer located in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Pricing

• All batteries sold on our website are 100% genuine products sourced directly from Exide Industries Limited and Dynex.
• Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will be honoured.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly.
• Product availability is subject to stock. We will notify you promptly if an ordered item is unavailable.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders can be placed online through our website or via WhatsApp at +91 84696 96983.
• Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification. You will receive an order confirmation via email.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the product is unavailable.
• In case of payment failure, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days by Razorpay.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer pan-India delivery through Shiprocket and trusted courier partners (Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, etc.).
• Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days depending on your location. Same-day/next-day dispatch for orders placed before 2 PM IST.
• Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination pincode. Exact charges are shown at checkout.
• You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Warranty

• All Exide and Dynex batteries come with manufacturer warranty as printed on the warranty card included with the battery.
• Exide batteries carry up to 73 months warranty (combination of free replacement + pro-rata). Dynex batteries carry up to 60 months warranty.
• Warranty claims must be made at authorized Exide/Dynex service centres across India. Vasila Agencies will assist you with the process.
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, overcharging, physical damage, improper installation, or use in incompatible vehicles.
• The warranty card must be filled in at the time of purchase. Keep the original invoice as proof of purchase.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Batteries may be returned within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.
• Batteries that have been installed, used, or show signs of tampering are not eligible for return.
• To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery at +91 84696 96983 or email noorlasaniya@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

7. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Vasila Agencies or its licensors. Exide and Dynex logos and brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Vasila Agencies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India.
