1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You may return a battery if:

  • The battery is defective or has a manufacturing defect
  • The battery was damaged during shipping
  • You received an incorrect product (wrong model, brand, or capacity)
  • The battery does not match the description on our website

2. Non-Returnable Items

Batteries are NOT eligible for return if:

  • The battery has been installed, used, or activated (electrolyte filled)
  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery
  • The battery shows signs of physical damage, tampering, or misuse
  • The battery packaging/seal has been broken (for sealed batteries)
  • The return is due to change of mind or buyer's remorse

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us Within 7 Days

Verification

Our team will review the images and verify the issue. You will receive approval within 24-48 hours.

Return Pickup or Drop-Off

We will arrange a reverse pickup via our shipping partner, or you can drop the battery at our Bhavnagar store.

Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the battery, you will get a full refund or a replacement battery — your choice.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned battery.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • In case of a replacement, the new battery will be shipped at no additional cost.

5. Warranty Claims vs Returns

Important: Warranty claims and returns are different.

Return (0-7 days)

For defective/damaged products received. Full refund or replacement from Vasila Agencies.

Warranty (8+ days)

For defects after use. Handled by Exide/Dynex manufacturer warranty. Contact us and we'll guide you through the process.

6. Battery Exchange / Old Battery

We accept old batteries for exchange when you purchase a new one from our Bhavnagar store. Exchange value depends on the condition and type of the old battery. Contact us at +91 84696 96983 for the current exchange rates.
